Services provided are for the satisfaction of our customers. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity and the trust of our customers. Please review the page below for company policies. 

Odering

Orders can be placed by phone, email, text message, or online by completing the form provided on the website. Please include date & time, location, number of guests to be served, budget, service style and desired menu for event.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order for “deliveries only” must be placed for at least 10 individuals or a minimum of $100.00 for total order placed. 

Caterings for “small private events” require a minimum of at least 10 guests. Caterings for “buffet style” events require a minimum of at least 25 guests.

Budgets & Cost

We will do our best to accommodate the desired menu within the budget given. Alternate menu choices will be suggested for lower budgets depending on menu requested. Selected menu items will be presented to client for approval. Inflation and access to certain food items may affect all menu pricing. 

Delivery Fee

Delivery fees are calculated per service location is given A 10% delivery fee will be added to all catering orders where service is not provided such as delivery only. 

Service Charge

An additional  10% service fee will be added for all catering events that include an onsite Chef and Servers. This fee is added for services that require setup, breakdown, and clean up, including experiences.

Gratuity

A 15% gratuity fee will be added to all catering events that include an onsite Chef and servers. Services that require setup, breakdown, and clean up, including experiences.

Payments and Arrangements

Payment arrangements can be made to accommodate client’s budget and payment preferences only if they are discussed upon conformation of services. All payments and arrangements must be paid in full 2 weeks before event.

Refunds

Deposits are refundable by 100% up to 4 weeks before event. By 50% up to 2 weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given past 10 days before the scheduled event date. 

Payments Accepted

Payment arrangements can be made to accommodate client’s budget and payment preferences. All payments and arrangements must be paid in full 2 weeks before event.

Insurance

The Greene Grille is insured for company liability of all events that we cater. 

Quotes

Catering quotes are based on customers budget and food cost. Quotes are not the final until event is confirmed. Inflation and access to certain food items may affect all menu pricing. 

Tasting

Tastings are included for booked services only and are paid by a portion of the deposit made. If services are not agreed upon and are then cancelled, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded in accordance to the refund policy.

Equipment

Equipment rental is available for all large events. Cost will be added to customers booking and invoiced separately.

Wine & Spirits

We do not sell adult beverages, but we do provide complementary spirits with select experiences. We do have options available to rent and reserve bar services for parties and experiences that require a bar and bartender.
